Ngqura Port Liquified Natural Gas (LNG)
The Port of Ngqura (PoN) is amongst three ports that have been identified as suitable for LNG importation. As part of the Gas to Power Programme, TNPA intends to roll out the development of Port infrastructure (marine and landside) for an LNG Import Terminal.

Namakwa Special Economic Zone (SEZ)
The NAMSEZ includes mineral beneficiation, manufacturing and agro-processing, the SEZ will also explore value add services to these sectors.

Healthcare Infrastructure Programme
The programme seeks to accelerate the maintenance, refurbishment and upgrades of health facilities to comply with national health standards. The ultimate aim is to support the delivery of high-quality accessible healthcare, leading to increased life expectancy, as envisaged in the NDP.

Education Infrastructure Programme
The programme entails eradication of schools with asbestos roof covering and improper structures which have been damaged by various weather elements and storms to provide conducive learning environment. The schools are located across Limpopo, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Northern Cape, and Eastern Cape Provinces.

NC & EC Schools
Project Value: R9.1 Bn
ISA Support: LP &KZN Schools are receiving Project Preparation support for conditional assessments to enable the development of a bankable business case. NC & EC schools are also in the project preparation pipeline for support.
Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Import Terminal (Richards Bay)
The construction of a 170,000m3 Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU), and 170,000m3 Floating storage Unit (FSU) with an Onshore LNG Terminal which will include the Onshore Regasification Facility (ORF), onshore storage of 440,000m3 of LNG, for the Port of Richards Bay South Dunes Precinct proposed Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Terminal.

Rooiwal Wastewater Treatment Works Phase 2

Durban Container Terminal (DCT) Pier 1
The Pier 1 Phase 1 Container Terminal expansion is required to increase the container capacity at DCT Pier 1. This expansion includes infilling between DCT Pier 1 and Salisbury Island and constructing 5 new deep-water berths to accommodate the larger vessels that will be calling the terminal.

Eskom Tubatse Pumped Storage Scheme
The construction of a 1 500 MW pumped storage hydropower facility in Limpopo, South Africa, with the goal of enhancing grid stability.
