Infrastructure South Africa is excited to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Corporation between itself and Eskom Holdings SOC ltd which is aimed at meaningful collaboration towards closing the infrastructure investment gap and meeting the infrastructure targets set out in the NDP 2030.

 

Per the MOC, ISA and Eskom will collaborate in the following areas;

 

1. Preparation of a Business Case:

ISA will assist Eskom to develop a comprehensive Business Case for Eskom’s strategic project referred to in clause ‎2.8 above, to ensure alignment with national infrastructure priorities and the NDP

 

2. Identification of projects:

Subject to an appropriate confidentiality regime ESKOM will provide ISA with high economic impact strategic projects in its project development pipeline that are earmarked to go out to the market.

 

3. Research and sharing of lessons (knowledge management):

The Parties will collaborate on sharing of knowledge, thought leadership, best practices and innovations in support of the interests of their stakeholders.

 

ISA is confident this partnership will enhance power supply and drive sustainable energy projects across our nation.
