SMU-SA Project Completed as SIPs Progress Towards 2025 Completion

The construction of the Sefako Makgatho Health University(SMU) project was a huge success. Completed in 2024 at a cost of R600 million, marking a significant milestone in South Africa’s infrastructure development. The remaining Strategic Integrated Projects (SIPs) are on track for completion in 2025, with a combined value of R6.9 billion. These projects are part of ISA’s efforts to drive infrastructure growth and stimulate economic activity.

The completion of the SMU-SA project and the progress on other SIPs highlight ISA’s commitment to delivering high-impact infrastructure initiatives. These projects not only address critical infrastructure gaps but also contribute to job creation and economic development. By prioritizing strategic projects, ISA is laying the foundation for long-term growth and improved service delivery across the country.
